Determined that NYPF (5s), NYBT (5s), and NYDV (5s) are the stations nearest to the collection site.  Chose NYPF for the correction data.

Went to http://www.ngs.noaa.gov/CORS/standard1.shtml

and selected "SITE: NY Pittsford , NYPF", "OPTION: RINEX Data", and appropriate date.
